Agreement to Terms
By accessing artisanunique.world, you enter into an agreement with Artisanunique — not as abstract entities, but as people choosing to work together with respect and intention.

Artisanunique provides sustainable business card printing services based in Brisbane, Australia. Our offerings include:

- Eco-conscious material selection and production
- Design consultation and creative collaboration
- Sustainable packaging and delivery services
We reserve the right to refuse service for projects that conflict with our environmental values or ethical standards.
Ordering and Payment
Order Process
Orders are confirmed through written agreement (email or signed quote). Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable. We require 50% deposit for new customers, with the balance due before shipping.
Design Approval
You will receive digital proofs for approval before printing begins. Once approved, changes cannot be made without restarting the production process and incurring additional costs.
Turnaround Times
Production timelines are estimates based on current workload. While we honor our commitments diligently, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally extend delivery dates. We communicate any delays promptly.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to content you provide (logos, text, images). By submitting materials, you confirm you have the right to use them and grant us license to reproduce them for printing purposes only.
Custom designs created by our team remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment completion, design rights transfer to you for your business card use.
All website content, including text, images, and design elements, belongs to Artisanunique and is protected by Australian copyright law.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If cards arrive with production errors (incorrect colors, misalignment, material defects), we will reprint at no charge.
Natural variations in recycled paper texture and color are considered features, not defects. Eco-conscious materials may display slight inconsistencies that reflect their sustainable origins.
Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We cannot accept returns for approved designs that simply don't match your vision — hence our thorough approval process.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the cost of reprinting or refunding the specific order in question. We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses (missed opportunities, lost business)
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or force majeure events
- Errors in customer-supplied content or approved designs
- Damages resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery
These limitations reflect reasonable risk allocation in custom manufacturing relationships.
Privacy and Data
