Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they have production defects, damage, or errors in printing. Approved designs that simply don’t match expectations are generally not eligible.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us with:

• Order number and date
• Description of the issue or defect
• Photographic evidence of the product

We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product at no additional cost if the issue is confirmed.

Refunds and Replacements

Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect and process either a replacement or a refund depending on availability and your preference. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days.
